A deposit of 50% of your total will be charged to your Master Card or Visa credit card. If you intend to pay the balance of your bill by cash please let us know at least three (3) days prior to your stay otherwise your credit card will be charged automatically.

Cancellations: Due to nature of our business cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations, regardless of the reason, must be made no later than 21 days prior to your scheduled stay for a refund. Your deposit, less a $35 processing fee, will be refunded if cancellation is made within the required time frame.

Cancellations with less than 21 days notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card. If we are able to
rebook the room then you will receive a refund of all but the $35 processing fee. 

Changes in reservations will result in a $35
 processing fee.
